About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to support a growing plumbing business in US. In this role, you will be the absolute first point of contact for homeowners and businesses, managing the full scheduling lifecycle. You'll own the technician calendars, handle inbound inquiries with empathy, and follow up on warm leads to maximize bookings.
Responsibilities

Call Handling: Answer inbound customer calls professionally, providing clear information about plumbing services and pricing.

Smart Dispatching: Schedule service appointments, manage/optimize technician calendars, and efficiently route urgent requests.

CRM Management: Keep customer records, interaction history, and service requests meticulously updated.

Outbound Follow-ups: Call warm leads and past clients from a script to secure repeat business and follow up on pending estimates.

Customer Updates: Proactively communicate scheduling changes or arrival windows to clients.
Requirements
-
English: Exceptional verbal communication with a clear, professional speaking voice and minimal accent (advanced level is a must).

Scheduling & CRM Experience: Proven track record managing live calendars, booking software, and CRM platforms.

Multitasking under Pressure: Ability to navigate systems and look at maps/slots while keeping a calm, reassuring tone with an anxious customer on the phone.

Proactive Mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup while the business owner is out in the field.
Nice to Have
-
Prior experience in US-based home services, logistics, or blue-collar industries (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, etc.).

Experience using field service management software (like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or Jobber).
What We Offer

Salary: USD 1,500/month.
