Overview
As a Manufacturing Process and Compliance Engineer at SPL, you'll ensure all manufacturing operations meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. You'll lead investigations into manufacturing deviations, develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and maintain manufacturing documentation. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting audits and inspections, performing root cause analysis using structured methodologies, and leading continuous improvement projects. You'll also evaluate process changes through change control systems and ensure compliance with cGMP and company policies.
