Overview
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences by helping customers select the perfect vehicle using the Morrie's Needs Assessment. Your responsibilities include answering phone calls, following up on leads, developing long-lasting customer relationships, and working with Sales and Finance managers to close deals. You'll keep up to date on products and features, prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up, and ensure customers understand vehicle operations. The position requires working Monday through Saturday with one weekday off.
