As a Junior Supply Chain Operational Specialist, you will support growing production and logistics operations by managing inbound inventory and coordinating shipments, handling outbound operational requests, managing packaging materials including monthly orders and care label management. You'll conduct weekly quality control checks on product samples, inspect samples received in the Prague office, document quality issues, and coordinate with production and supply chain teams to resolve issues. The role requires close collaboration with production, logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.

In the role of **Junior Supply Chain Operational Specialist**, you will support our growing production and logistics operations and the daily operational activities of the supply chain team by ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.
This role is ideal for **a recent graduate or an early-career professional** interested in supply chain, logistics, and quality control within the textile or fashion industry.
## Tasks
- Manage **inbound inventory and coordinate incoming shipments**, ensuring smooth product flow into the warehouse
- Handle **outbound operational requests** and support the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team
- Manage **packaging materials,** including monthly and ad hoc packaging orders as well as **care label management**
- Conduct **weekly quality control checks** on product samples, including capacity testing and product verification
- Inspect and **review samples received in the Prague office** and document any quality issues
- Communicate **quality findings** and collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve issues
- Coordinate closely with **production, logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders** to ensure efficient operations
## Requirements
- Initial experience in **operations, logistics, production, or supply chain** (internships also welcome)
- Advanced **Excel skills** and a structured, detail-oriented working style
- Strong **organizational and coordination skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Interest in **textiles, fashion, garment industry, production processes, and/or product quality**
- Fluency in **Czech and English**
