Overview
As a Shift Leader, you'll assist with guest experience and overall quality of menu items according to Thunderdome's standards. Your responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ensuring a clean and professional appearance, following safety, sanitation and health standards, maintaining a clean and efficient workstation, handling guest requests and complaints professionally, maintaining a positive team environment, working on the line with food and beverage preparation, and assisting managers in developing team members. This leadership role requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. We offer medical, vision, dental and life insurance eligibility within 90 days, paid time off after 90 days, participation in a shared tip pool, and 401K eligibility after one year of continuous service.
