Overview
As a Swim Instructor at FOSS, you will teach small classes of 1–4 students using hands-on instruction and the FOSS Swim Path curriculum. You’ll create a safe and engaging environment while building trust with students and families. Responsibilities include preparing for lessons, adapting instruction to individual needs, and maintaining awareness of safety at all times. This is a part-time, year-round role with weekday evenings and weekend shifts available. Compensation starts at $19/hour with opportunities for bonuses and increased pay through training.
