Role Summary:
Implement the organization’s recruitment strategy to fill in the job vacancies, source for potential talent and select the best suitable candidates that fit into organization culture and business requirements.Responsibilities:
Handle end to end recruitment process.
- Lead organization’s recruitment activities to ensure the best selection for each role.
- Liaise & work together with Global recruiters to understand the role requirements.
- Liaise with People Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business need and consistent with the organization’s overall HR strategies.
- Participate in weekly meeting to update recruitment progress.
- Work in synergy with talent management team to create strategic and commercial talent plans for the organization.
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and recruiting managers to develop and drive world class hiring strategy.
- Create and implement innovative and out of the box sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent.
Requirements:

Passionate and curious about hiring the best talent.
Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree.
Overall fluent communication in English (verbal & written).
Passionate in doing research.
Leverage technology to increase efficiency.
Enthusiastic, self-driven, result & people oriented.
