We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead a small team of 1–2 senior engineers and work hand-in-hand with creative stakeholders. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you’ll set engineering direction, ensure delivery excellence, and build trust with creative partners by deeply understanding their processes and needs. You’ll balance architectural vision with day-to-day problem-solving, guiding your team to produce tools that elevate creative work and infuse AI into areas of opportunity.
