Account Executive – Inbound Sales

Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is looking for ambitious Account Executives who are ready to compete, grow, and build a long-term career in sales. We’re seeking individuals who are confident on the phone, motivated by results, and excited to be part of a winning team.

In this role, you'll work with 100% warm inbound leads—every conversation begins with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. Your focus will be on uncovering their needs, presenting solutions, and guiding conversations from the initial consultation to finding the best path forward.

You won't be cold calling or spending your day searching for opportunities. Our team provides the tools, training, and resources you need to focus on what you do best: building relationships, helping clients, and driving results.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead sales conversations with qualified prospects
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Deliver professional consultations and presentations
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through closing
• Maintain accurate follow-up and pipeline activity
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Experience That Transfers Well

• Inside sales and phone-based sales
• High-volume call center environments
• Commission-based and quota-driven roles
• Tax relief, debt settlement, financial services, or other high-ticket sales experience
• Division I (D1) athletes
• Recent college graduates looking to launch a career in sales

Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday each month
