About the role
The Digital Insight Analyst supports the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analysis that help the business understand digital performance and client behaviour.The role focuses on executing defined analyses and producing reliable insight, with guidance from Senior Analysts and the Lead.
What you will be doing
- Build and maintain data products with stakeholders including digital analytics dashboards.
- Conduct analysis to answer defined business questions.
- Support tagging validation and data quality checks.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and findings.
- Develop analytics skills through feedback and coaching.
About you
- Experience working with digital analytics tools and data to understand user behaviour and make recommendations to drive better commercial outcomes.
- Foundational SQL skills and analytical thinking.
- Clear communication and curiosity-driven mindset.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred but not required.
Interview process
The interview process for this role is two stages including technical competency-based questions and a scenario task.
Working Schedule
This role is based in Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern.
