Key Responsibilities

  • You will provide a warm, prestigious, and professional welcome to our international guests as the very first face they see upon arrival.
  • You will take flawless care of guests' luggage, ensuring its safe and swift delivery to their rooms with care and efficiency.
  • You will manage the hotel's main entrance and valet parking services, coordinating arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
  • You will assist guests during their stay, from opening doors and handling transport arrangements to escorting them to their rooms with the highest level of care.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • You maintain immaculate professional manners, a polished appearance, and a guest-first mindset in every interaction.
  • You have a good command of the English language to communicate effectively with our global clientele.
  • You hold a valid driving license (Category B) and feel confident driving various types of vehicles.
  • You possess physical stamina, great reliability, and a genuine desire to learn the art of luxury hospitality.
