Industrial Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing Production Equipment

Location: Dalton, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift | Weekend & Overtime as Needed

Sustainable Corrugated and Containerboard is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing production equipment in our corrugated sheet feeder facility.

This is NOT an entry-level maintenance position. We are looking for candidates with industrial manufacturing maintenance experience on production machinery. Residential, commercial, or primarily HVAC maintenance backgrounds are not a match for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, or related technical education (certificate, diploma, or degree preferred).
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and long-term employment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues..
• Work closely with production to minimize equipment downtime.
