WORK SET UP: ONSITE - SAN ANTONIO
Responsibilities
- Administer various human resource plans, policies, and procedures for assigned groups of team members; maintain the employee handbook and support implementation of new or revised policies.
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and employee issues, providing sound HR guidance and solutions.
- Respond to employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and compliant resolution of cases.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, ensuring timely completion of documentation and a positive onboarding experience.
- Support managers in handling performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with policy and employment law.
- Develop and maintain employee safety, wellness, and engagement programs in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate records, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and monitoring adherence to local employment laws and internal policies.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives that promote operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to strengthen communication, conflict resolution, and workplace relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall People Services objectives.
