    • Serve as a senior technical resource across multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring engineers and helping elevate the overall power systems study practice

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with a strong focus on power system studies, advanced simulations, or grid integration
  • Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred; ability to serve as a senior technical reviewer and trusted advisor to clients and project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree Preferred)
  • Expert-level understanding of:
    • Transient and dynamic system behavior

  • Ability to lead through influence, collaborate across disciplines, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and help build scalable technical processes
  • Experience with additional tools such as ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower

Preferred senior-level experience:

  • Demonstrated experience leading studies for hybrid systems involving BESS, renewable generation, and large load integration
  • Strong exposure to data center, industrial load, or other high-demand load modeling and interconnection challenges
  • Experience with additional tools such as ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower

Working knowledge and practical application of:
