Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines. (Caterpillar, John Deere, Kumatsu, Case, XCMG, Solis, Kubota, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Ford).
- Servicing and maintaining engine, aftertreatment, clutch, transmission, suspension, tracks, HVAC, and cooling systems.
- Hydraulic systems, air and braking systems.
- Conducting DOT-compliant inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Preparing and submitting accurate documentation, including work orders, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality control forms.
- Identifying required parts and recommending repair solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 4+ years of experience in diesel diagnostics and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various makes and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, follow safety protocols, and work independently.
- Must be able to pass drug tests (random testing applies).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when needed.
