__🎯 How you'll have impact__

• __Clinical Excellence:__ Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• __Patient Operations:__ Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• __Clinic Management:__ Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.

__🛠 Requirements__

• __Professional Experience:__ Prior experience in a dental setting assisting dental professionals.
• __Technical Proficiency:__ Experience working with EMRs, X-rays, intra-oral scanners, and digital file management.
• __Work Authorization:__ Valid work permit for the country of operation and full compliance with all dental healthcare laws.
• __Hard Skills:__ Proficient typing (40 words per minute) and strong written communication.
• __Physical Demands:__ Ability to stand for 8 hours, coordinate movement of small instruments, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• __Mobility & Availability:__ Ability to travel between clinic locations and work a flexible schedule (including nights, holidays, and weekends) based on business needs.
• Communication: We require fluency in English to communicate internally with the team. Fluency in Dutch language is a plus.
