Reports to Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Global Talent Acquisition is a newly formed function at Menarini Group with a rapidly increasing scope and responsibilities. Through direct collaboration with the CEO, the CHRO and Global Leadership, the Global Talent Acquisition function takes an integral place in driving the strategic growth of the organisation. The team has a very international mind-set and consists of collaborative, hardworking and driven professionals. This position will suit a passionate, curious and fast-paced individual who is looking to contribute towards building a World Class success-driven organisation.
The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner position is pivotal in the development and growth of Menarini Group. The position has a key strategic function as part of Global HR. The Corporate TA Partner is an influential, high impact, strategic role in the company and is primarily responsible for acquiring Top Tier talents for the Menarini Headquarter. The main geographical focus would be Europe, but the scope will continue to expand with the ongoing build out of the organisation. In addition, the Corporate TA Partner will play an important role in the development of the Global Talent Acquisition organisation and all ongoing and future projects.
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Supports the corporate recruiting needs and also the recruiting process in the countries for senior levels.
- Drives the recruiting process on a global basis.
- Ensures alignment among business strategies and talent acquisition practices.
- Articulates and defines a company’s image and exploits its key differentiators, reputation and products and services to attract top quality candidates.
- Builds positive candidate experiences and manages candidate communities.
- Tracks and uses key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.
- Has a deep knowledge of the current company talent so as to identify and close the gap as soon as possible.
- Works with HR and leadership to determine workforce planning needs, both globally and business area specific.
- Develops, implements and refines recruiting strategies to attract and hire top quality talent with a commitment to diverse hiring practices.
- Develops new and innovative sourcing pipelines.
- Teams up effectively with HR colleagues to assist in deploying strategies to recruit diversity candidates across Menarini Organisation.
- Supports a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, and ensures compliance with Company rules and principles.
- Develops key relationships with hiring managers, senior management and other stakeholders to effectively consult, collaborate and deliver on Menarini's hiring strategy.
- Uses social media sites to promote the company employer brand and engage candidates.
- Manages the overall candidate experience, coaches hiring managers on the process and implements recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- 7 to 10 years of combined recruitment experience within agency and in-house environments.
- Previous recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry focused on recruiting senior management positions.
- Experience working with large complex organisations during periods of growth and change.
- Solid international / global experience and the ability to adapt to different styles and cultures are a must.
- Proven track record in recruiting highly sought after Top Tier talents within innovative pharma / biotech companies is a must.
- Experience in Primary Care is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in developing strong relationships through establishing trust and credibility with colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required.
- Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices in global talent acquisition.
- A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in-depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates.
- Technology experience and aptitude (Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Fluent English and Italian.
