We are looking for full-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava from August 2026!
What you'll be doing:
- Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and courier partners
- Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt
- Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly, providing support for our restaurant and retail partners
- Supporting our Czech and Slovak market

- You are customer-obsessed and team-oriented
- You have great communication skills with a personal touch
- You have a can-do attitude towards challenges
- You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service
- This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings and weekends - We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00 am.
- You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)
- You are able to start working for us from August 2026

For a full-time Support Associate, the basic (fixed) wage component is 1,340€ brutto / month.
