Why This Role Matters
- Ensures payroll accuracy by validating timekeeping data and preventing errors before submission
- Supports compliance with payroll regulations, including FLSA requirements
- Plays a key role in delivering a positive employee experience through timely and accurate pay
- Acts as a liaison between HR, operations, and payroll teams to resolve issues efficiently
What You Will Do
- Review and validate timecard reports, correct missed punches, and ensure accurate time reporting in partnership with plant managers.
- Process payroll-related adjustments including PTO, leave of absence, disability pay, and incentive payments.
- Audit payroll outputs to identify discrepancies or compliance issues and proactively resolve them.
- Partner with HR to address payroll inquiries, provide records, and support employee-related matters.
- Ensure proper escalation and routing of payroll, benefits, or employee relations issues.
- Communicate payroll corrections and updates clearly to relevant stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma; Associate degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working with timekeeping systems and payroll-related processes.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
