Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician for Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care exclusively for adult patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services.
- Practice with 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week.
- Maintain a sustainable patient volume averaging 2–3 patients per hour.
- Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, nursing, care management, and specialty providers to deliver coordinated care.
- Utilize established workflows and electronic medical records to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual salary of $294,694.40.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Experience providing comprehensive outpatient adult primary care.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Commitment to relationship-based, community-focused care.
- New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
