The Senior SAP CO Consultant is a subject matter expert responsible for the design,

implementation, and optimization of SAP Management Accounting solutions. This role focuses

on providing businesses with deep insights into their cost structures, profitability, and operational

efficiency. The consultant will lead the configuration of Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit

Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and ProfitabilityAnalysis (CO-PA), ensuring tight integration with FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Analyze Business Requirements: You’ll conduct structured workshops with stakeholders to gather operational financial business requirements and translate them into robust functional specifications.

• Architect Controlling & Allocations: You’ll design and build the complete Controlling Module and Allocation Process, including Universal Allocation frameworks, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Internal Orders (IO).

• Drive Profitability & Profit Center Accounting: You’ll design, build, and deploy the CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) module, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and complex Transfer Pricing architectures.

• Manage Enterprise Integration: You’ll utilize foundational SAP FI knowledge to implement Document Splitting and manage integration points between FI/CO and other enterprise modules (SD, MM, PP, and HR) to ensure an accurate financial data flow.

• Enable Stakeholders & Teams: You’ll act as the main technical point of contact for the above-mentioned modules for business stakeholders in Finance functions, providing end-user training, operational support, and ongoing knowledge exchange with your direct technical colleagues.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You’re a Seasoned FICO Professional: You bring a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementations, with a track record of at least 2 full life-cycle S/4HANA projects (including specific experience with the SAP S/4HANA 2023 release) and major transformation initiatives.

• You Hold Deep Core FI Customizing Expertise: You are highly skilled in configurations and customizing focused on SAP modules and functionalities of General Ledger (FI-GL), S/4HANA Finance, etc.

• You possess Comprehensive Functional Knowledge: You have a detailed understanding of the CO-PA module, Profit Center Accounting, Transfer Pricing, and Document Splitting. Additional optional experience with modules CO, AP, AR, MM, and SD is considered a strong plus.

• You Build Strong Partnerships: You communicate fluently with English-speaking stakeholders of various functions and departments up to senior management levels (English level B2 or higher), backed by strong presentation skills to shape, share, and reason your technical ideas.

• You Drive Collaborative Success: You demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and within or across teams and project ecosystems, focusing on efficient, respectful collaboration, and taking active responsibility for overall team success.
