Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right technology products, including laptops, computers, and accessories, based on their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales performance by promoting products, achieving sales targets, and creating a positive in-store customer experience.
• Provide product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and ensure customers receive accurate and helpful recommendations.
• Support daily store operations by maintaining product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and processing transactions through POS systems.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns while building strong relationships through excellent service and product expertise.

Qualifications:

• College undergraduates and college graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar sales-focused role.
• Experience selling technology products such as laptops, computers, and accessories is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to engage different types of customers.
• Knowledge of POS systems, basic inventory management, and the ability to work toward sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
