We are currently looking for a **Postal branch** **Operator (m/w/d) mini-job** to join our team.

## Tasks

• Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company standards;
• Consulting customers on shipping services and available solutions;
• Receiving, processing, sorting, scanning, and handing over shipments;
• Checking parcels, packaging, labeling, weight, and dimensions;
• Creating and processing waybills and shipment documentation in the system;
• Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems;
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data accuracy.

## Requirements

• German language proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Fluency in Ukrainian language;
• Basic computer skills;
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
