Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and address resident needs.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, transferring, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, and other health measurements.
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the charge nurse.
- Follow facility policies and mandatory reporting guidelines regarding allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property.
- Maintain resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Schedule & Hours:
- Shift: PM Shift.
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Weekly Commitment: 40 hours.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
- Holiday Coverage: Required.
- On-Call: Not specified.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Less than one year of experience is accepted.
- One or more years of related Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
