Join Clarity Care as a Personal Care Worker (PCW), providing hands-on care, companionship and everyday support that helps Members maintain their independence and live comfortably at home.

What You’ll Do:
Provide Compassionate Personal Care:
- Assist Members with bathing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
- Support safe mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
- Provide respectful, individualized care that promotes dignity and independence.
Create a Safe & Comfortable Home:
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and household upkeep.
- Prepare meals according to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming living environment.
Build Meaningful Relationships:
- Provide companionship, encouragement and friendly conversation.
- Assist with grocery shopping, errands and transportation as assigned.
- Respect each Member’s personal choices, routines and goals.
Support Health & Well-Being:
- Provide medication reminders as directed.
- Follow individualized care plans and established safety procedures.
- Complete required documentation and communicate concerns to the care team.

Education & Qualifications:
- No previous caregiving experience or certification required; paid training and required Personal Care Worker Orientation provided.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, equivalent education and/or relevant work or life experience.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Ability to successfully complete required caregiver background checks.
