About the role
We’re looking for a curious, sharp marketer to help bring Razorpay’s products to market and drive their adoption. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Design, Growth and other teams to understand customer needs, shape compelling product narratives and execute marketing initiatives.
We’re especially interested in someone who works with AI as a natural part of how they think, create and execute—and brings a strong eye for the creative craft that makes a product launch stand out.
What you’ll do
- Support product launches: Help develop and execute go-to-market plans, from customer insights and messaging to launch campaigns and sales enablement.
- Make products easy to understand: Translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits across product pages, emails, presentations and other marketing assets.
- Bring products to life creatively: Partner with creative teams on launch films, design and visual storytelling. Bring fresh references and ideas that continually raise the quality of our launches.
- Drive product adoption: Partner with cross-functional teams on campaigns that help customers discover, understand and use Razorpay’s products.
- Build customer and market understanding: Research customer needs, competitors and market trends to inform positioning and campaigns.
- Experiment and measure: Track performance, identify what’s working and apply those learnings to future initiatives.
- Build with AI: Use AI across research, analysis, content creation and execution. Create prototypes, automate repeatable tasks or develop better workflows—and help the team adopt approaches that work.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in product marketing or marketing.
- A graduate degree or MBA from a Tier 1 College
