Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care
Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
