Pay: $17.48–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Vista Real Post Acute is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing positivity and connection to residents each day.

What You’ll Do

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help create an engaging and welcoming environment for our residents by:

• Assisting with daily recreational and social activities
• Encouraging residents to participate in programs and events
• Helping plan games, crafts, celebrations, group activities, and special events
• Providing one-on-one activities and interaction for residents as appropriate
• Assisting with activity setup, cleanup, and preparation
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Supporting the Activities Department in creating meaningful opportunities for resident engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, energetic, and compassionate personality
• Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and enthusiastic about engaging with others
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, senior living, recreation, or activities is a plus

Compensation

$17.48–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
