Key Responsibilities

• help the team keep hotel content accurate, engaging and up to date across Marriott platforms and digital on-property touchpoints (e.g., website, in-room iPads, kiosks).
• help tag, organise and upload photos to our image library for easy team access and consistent brand use.
• explore local trends, competitor activity and seasonal opportunities, and share ideas with the team.
• learn how to gather and interpret marketing performance data, supporting reporting and audience insights.
• work with colleagues across F&B, Operations and Tech to help gather information and ensure guest-facing content is accurate.
• monitor the marketing inbox, helping respond to inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members.
• join relevant Marriott marketing webinars and share key takeaways and updates with the team.
• assist with content planning, drafting posts, and monitoring engagement to support the company's B2B presence on LinkedIn.

Qualifications / skills

• curious about AI tools and how they can be used creatively and effectively in marketing.
• currently studying marketing, communications, hospitality, or any other related discipline
• available for six months, preferred starting date January 2027
• a curious, creative thinker who enjoys exploring new ideas and solving problems
• fluent in English, preferably more languages
• organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with the ability to juggle different tasks

• how marketing works behind the scenes at an international hotel company, from digital content and campaigns to brand management.
• hands-on experience with professional marketing tools and platforms, including Marriott's digital ecosystem and Contentful.
• how to research markets, understand audiences and use performance data to inform marketing decisions.
• how different teams, from Marketing and Revenue to Operations and F&B, work together to create a consistent guest experience.
• how to turn ideas into real marketing activities, building your confidence, creativity and practical skills along the way.

• Monday to Friday, ideally 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule based on school schedule.
