## What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for driving Eaton's brand visibility, channel engagement and communication initiatives across assigned segments and product groups. The role leads channel marketing programs, partner engagement activities, public relations, thought leadership, retail activation and agency management. The incumbent works closely with channel sales teams, distributors, dealers, corporate communication teams and external agencies to strengthen Eaton's market presence and brand equity.

- Brand & Corporate Communications
\- Develop and execute annual branding and communication plans.
\- Drive thought leadership programs and industry visibility initiatives.
\- Manage trade media engagement and external communication activities.
\- Ensure adherence to Eaton brand guidelines and governance standards.
- Channel & Retail Marketing
\- Develop and execute distributor communication programs.
\- Drive partner campaigns and channel marketing initiatives.
\- Manage dealer programs and channel-led events.
\- Create partner toolkits and partner newsletters.
\- Strengthen channel engagement and participation.
\- Lead retail channel activation programs.
\- Execute launch campaigns for retail business initiatives.
\- Drive in-store branding and visibility activities.
- Agency Management
\- Manage creative agency relationships and deliverables.
\- Coordinate agency resources and workload management.
\- Validate and process agency bills.
\- Ensure timely execution of creative requirements.
- Content & Marketing Communication
\- Manage development of brochures, flyers, videos, whitepapers, infographics and presentations for assigned portfolio.
\- Support product launches and customer communication activities.
\- Develop customer-facing communication assets.
- Campaign & Stakeholder Management
\- Support integrated marketing campaigns.
\- Collaborate with sales teams, product managers and global marketing teams.
\- Coordinate regional and global marketing alignment activities.
\- Manage vendors supporting assigned responsibilities.
- Public Relations
\- Coordinate press releases and media communications.
\- Manage media relationships and publication opportunities in collaboration with corp com.
\- Drive award nominations and industry recognition programs.
\- Support leadership visibility initiatives.
## Qualifications:
B.E. (Electrical/Electronics preferred) + MBA Marketing
4 - 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management, channel marketing, partner marketing, communications and agency management.
