BIM Detailer – Data Center

The BIM Detailer will support the large-scale electrical data center construction projects. This role will work closely with BIM Modelers to develop and refine 3D models, produce detailed shop drawings, and support project coordination and prefabrication activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical BIM detailing, strong software skills, and an understanding of electrical systems and construction requirements.

• Support BIM Modelers with detailing and development of large-scale data center projects.
• Produce and update shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Assist with clash detection, model coordination, and resolution of design conflicts.
• Develop detailed drawings to support electrical prefabrication and field installation.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project markups.
• Maintain accurate BIM files and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure models reflect actual site installation requirements.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling or detailing within electrical construction.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM software.
• Understanding of electrical systems, conduit routing, and construction coordination.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary trade coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
