Senior R&D Coordinator – Formula Change & SAP Data (Onsite)

Senior R&D Coordinator for a global consumer products company. You'll coordinate formula changes, manage R&D data and samples, and support the move of formula and raw-material records onto a new SAP-based platform.

What you'll do:

• Communicate formula changes across teams and report the status of related R&D work
• Work with Data Management to organize formula-change records and track whether R&D work is on schedule
• Receive, track, organize and distribute incoming product and raw-material samples
• Support sensory evaluations and the Product Experience team
• Serve as the go-between for Data Management, Formulation, Product Experience, Packaging, Sensory, Fragrance and IT
• Work with raw-material suppliers to collect documents (specs, SDS, certificates) for the data migration
• Support the Director of Product Performance

Required:

• Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical or formulation science, biology, materials science, sensory science, industrial engineering, or product development with a technical background
• Strong organization and project coordination skills
• High attention to detail in data entry and documentation
• Basic understanding of product testing methods
• Strong Excel and project management software skills
• 100% onsite

A plus: SAP experience (PLM, Specification Management, Recipe Development), R&D or regulatory data management, sample management, sensory testing support, consumer products or personal care.
