Job Description

In this role, you’ll be part of Genpact’s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You’ll help drive adoption and market success for Genpact’s Agentic AI products such as AP Suite and Insurance, with the portfolio set to expand across service lines.

Genpact is seeking an accomplished Vice President (VP), Product Marketing – Agentic AI, based in India, to help drive the go-to-market success of our Agentic AI product suite—an innovative portfolio of intelligent solutions that enable autonomous decision-making and deliver tangible business outcomes across finance, supply chain, customer experience, and risk domains

Reporting line and team context

This role sits within the Product Marketing team and will report to the Head of Agentic AI Product Marketing (Product/Solution Marketing function). You’ll be a senior product marketing leader for key Agentic AI product areas (e.g., AP Suite, Insurance), partnering closely with Product, Sales, Growth Ops, PR, AR, and Legal to deliver launch excellence and sustained in-market momentum.

Responsibilities

1) Product launch execution (Agentic AI portfolio)

• Create bold, innovative go-to-market plans to support Genpact’s Agentic AI product portfolio launches (with a focus on priority products like AP Suite and Insurance).
• Support development and execution of marketing plans for new Agentic AI offerings, including guiding cross-functional launch tactics and contributing to positioning and messaging.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Growth Ops, PR, AR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and on-time delivery.
• Create and refresh core sales and marketing collateral such as presentations, product briefs, and datasheets; provide structured feedback on campaigns and GTM motions to ensure consistency and buyer relevance.
• Provide feedback to Product teams to help align roadmap and market needs, ensuring product value is translated into clear market narratives and proof points.

2) Market research & thought leadership

• Develop and maintain target customer personas and segmentation for Agentic AI offerings (product-specific and buyer-group specific).
• Support creation of thought leadership content (e.g., blogs, eBooks, white papers) to strengthen Genpact’s position in Agentic AI and agentic operations.

3) Sales enablement & support

• Collaborate with Sales and Growth Ops to create sales playbooks and enablement materials that help teams position Agentic AI products in enterprise and NextGen motions.
• Participate in sales enablement sessions to educate customer-facing teams on product positioning, differentiation, and value propositions.
• Provide product marketing support for select strategic opportunities (e.g., deal-specific messaging, competitive context, talk tracks, and proof packaging).

4) Team collaboration & culture

• Contribute to building a collaborative, innovative product marketing culture within the Agentic Product Marketing function.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional contributors (and, where applicable, manage a small team/pod of product marketing resources aligned to assigned products).
• Drive high-quality execution, clear operating rhythms, and strong stakeholder management across launch workstreams.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, preferably in B2B technology on a global scale.
• Experience marketing agentic AI products and leading major market launches in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record supporting go-to-market activities in a matrixed organization.
• Strong skills in messaging, positioning, and collateral creation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business, technical, and client-facing teams.
• Product Marketing certification required (e.g., Forrester, Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic, etc.).

Preferred qualifications / skills

• Experience in campaign, field, content, customer, or brand marketing.
• MBA or equivalent business training a plus.
• Experience with sales enablement methodologies strongly preferred.
• Management experience strongly preferred (team leadership, pod leadership, or matrix leadership).
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and speed-to-market while maintaining strong editorial and strategic judgment.
