Review contracting business process map and business requirements and understand the goal and desired outcome. |

Provide recommendations on Microsoft 365 solutions that exist within CNSC’s existing environment that can help achieve the desired goal. |
|
Design and implement the chosen solution. Including, but not limited to, building automate flows, dashboards and a contract request intake tool with dynamic questionnaires with approval workflows. |
|
Ensure knowledge transfer to CNSC staff for ongoing support/maintenance. |
Scope
The Contractor must provide the services of Senior Programmer / Software Developer for Microsoft 365 and PowerApps solutions to:
- Gather business requirements and determine which combination of Microsoft 365 tools (examples include but are not limited to Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot) should be leveraged to meet a given business goal.
- Determine the appropriate development approach, avoiding over-engineering and ensuring that solutions are sustainable, governed and aligned with enterprise capabilities to achieve business goal(s).
- Develop, and implement solutions within the CNSC Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
