COMPANY OVERVIEW
DelMar Aerospace Corporation in Las Vegas, NV, is looking for talented personnel who can tackle tough challenges supporting manned and unmanned systems. This position is awaiting contract award.
People are central to our business: we invest heavily to ensure our current and future employees are afforded every opportunity to enhance their skills, knowledge, and abilities.  Take the next step in your career by applying for a position at DelMar Aerospace today!

JOB SUMMARY
This position runs the EFB program for the Wing and Operations Group: device administration, publications currency and the security directives that govern both. Performance is measured against defined standards. Safety-of-flight publications must be ready for use within 24 hours of notification, other publication changes within three duty days, software updates initiated within two duty days of availability, and no more than ten percent of devices may be out of date. Deployments are a regular feature of B-52H operations, so preparing, auditing and recovering devices around deployment cycles is a recurring part of the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Serve as the EFB system administrator in BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (BBUEM) or its successor MDM, completing the training certificates required to configure, track, issue, reset, update and maintain devices at Wing level.
  • Keep the Wing and Operations Group EFB program compliant with AFGSCI 11-270 and current Baseline Configuration announcements.
  • Act as primary Wing EFB Program Manager alongside a designated alternate; keep EFB Manager appointment letters accurate, archived and submitted to the AFGSC/A3T EFB Workflow mailbox; liaise with AFGSC/A3TV.
  • Handle maintenance, upgrades, patching and restoration beyond squadron capability, with administrative access to the MDM console, ForeFlight administration and Exclusive Use Stand-Alone (EUSA) computers.
  • Ensure every EUSA computer holds current Technical Orders, Currency of Directives, Flight Crew Information Files, Special Interest Items and FLIP, as determined by the Operations Group Chief of Stan/Eval; update EUSAs by wireless, hard drive or disc; and standardize publications across EUSA, SharePoint and shared-drive platforms.
  • Notify aircrew by email of publication updates and changes to EFB or stand-alone procedures.
  • Administer ForeFlight accounts and coach squadron EFB managers on configuration for worldwide FLIP use.
  • Maintain commercial internet (WiFi) service for EFB connectivity: relay outages to the ISP, schedule repairs and escort technicians on base.
  • Maintain accountability as equipment custodian for all Operations Group EFB hardware, enroll hardware-refresh devices in the AFGSC Device Enrollment Program and MDM before issue, and decommission obsolete equipment through ITEC and DRMO channels.
  • Build the sustainment cost estimate and inventory plan with the Resource Advisor and report it through the annual group budget process.
  • Track lost or stolen devices and conduct device audits to verify unit compliance.
  • Monitor technology releases and iOS updates and maintain an obsolescence mitigation plan; engage in future EFB capability planning as directed by the Operations Officer.
  • Prepare the EFB Audit Report and EFB Sustainment Report annually, and perform Stan Eval administrative duties when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked.
  • Working knowledge of iOS and macOS; two (2) years of IT or device management experience desired.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Microsoft suite experience, with the ability to manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications.
WAIVER OF SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
Specific qualifications may be waived by the Government case by case where a candidate has the knowledge and skills to readily support the mission. Examples include device management experience on an MDM platform other than BlackBerry UEM, and publications or stan eval experience from another service or from a missile unit. Candidates who meet most of the listed qualifications are encouraged to apply.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
  • You must be a U.S. citizen.
  • You must hold an active SECRET clearance, or have held one that expired without being revoked.
  • You must be eligible for access to Restricted Data.
  • Work is performed at the SECRET level.

• Full time at 1,880 hours per year over 47 weeks. Core hours are typically eight hours a day, five days a week, set by the Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Around exercises and holidays the duty day may shift, capped at nine hours, with 48 hours notice of any known change.
• Standard federal holidays apply, plus AFGSC Family Days.
• Minot is resourced for four Aircrew Scheduler positions and four Operations Training and Stan Eval positions, one more training and stan eval position than the other bomber installations.
• Anticipated start on or about Nov/Dec 2026..
• Pay is negotiable based on experience. Medical, dental and vision coverage, paid time off and 401(k) are included.
• Base period followed by four one-year option periods.
