The Opportunity:

We are currently looking to hire italian speaking Customer Support Advisors to support big international projects in Lisbon. If you enjoy making a difference in customer experience and are looking for a new adventure this might be for you! 

The Job:

• Providing customer support over the phone, email and chat
• Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• Assist customers with questions, queries and information they might need
  
• Support customers with issues and problems to ensure a prompt resolution

Profile:

• You are italian native or have an advanced level (C2/C1)  
• You have a good level of English (B2 or above)
• You are a problem solver and can work in a fast paced setting
• You have high attention to detail and accuracy
• You are available to work on rotating shifts
• You have a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
