Job Responsibilities:

Enterprise Store Systems Leadership

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for all store systems supporting front-end and store operations.
• Serve as the primary systems subject-matter expert for Store Operations leadership.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort through system enhancements and integrations.
• Ensure store systems scale effectively with business growth and evolving operating models.

Complex Program & Project Ownership

• Lead large, cross-functional initiatives with high operational and financial impact.
• Translate operational needs into clear, actionable system requirements for IT partners.
• Own system initiatives end-to-end: discovery, requirements, UAT, deployment, stabilization, and sustainment.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across concurrent enterprise initiatives.

IT Partnership & Governance

• Act as the primary liaison between Store Process & Systems and internal IT teams.
• Provide clear prioritization and business context to guide IT delivery and backlog decisions.
• Lead UAT strategy, test execution, defect triage, and release sign-off.
• Ensure strong governance, documentation, and change management for all system releases.

Implementation, Adoption & Sustainment

• Lead product implementation and rollout strategy for store systems.
• Partner with Process Enablement to ensure systems are field-ready and supported with training and communications.
•  Monitor post-launch performance, adoption, and stability.
• Own ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution for store systems.

Business Impact & Continuous Improvement

• Quantify system benefits including productivity gains, error reduction, compliance improvements, and cost savings.
• Use data, feedback, and learnings to continuously improve system performance and usability.
• Ensure systems support operational consistency, safety, quality, and customer experience.
