We are looking for Sales Development Representatives with a high emphasis on calling cold and warm leads. They will be focused on identifying and optimizing SMB accounts in markets that we serve. Our ideal candidate will help businesses create and implement a technology roadmap to take the business to the next level while building a career that provides financial security and work life balance.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices from receipt through payment, including coding to the correct GL accounts and branches
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents, and resolve any differences
• Prepare weekly check, ACH and credit card payment runs for review
• Keep vendor records up to date, including W-9s and payment details
• Answer vendor questions and resolve past-due or disputed balances
• Reconcile vendor statements and help with month-end close
• Track and route invoices that need approval from branch and department managers
• Support 1099 preparation at year-end
• Help with other accounting projects as needed

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high invoice volume
• Working knowledge of Excel (lookups, filters, basic formulas)
• Experience with an ERP or accounting system; e-automate experience is a plus
• Clear, professional communication with vendors and coworkers
• Ability to manage deadlines and keep work organized

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting
• Background in office equipment, IT services or a similar service business
