What You'll Do as Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you'll lead the Mequon branch by developing your team, strengthening member relationships, and driving branch performance. You'll provide coaching and support to help employees grow, ensure members receive personalized service, and guide responsible lending practices. From overseeing daily operations and maintaining compliance to analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll play a key role in achieving business goals. You'll also build strong community relationships and create a positive team environment where employees feel supported, collaboration thrives, and continuous improvement is encouraged.

What Will Help You Succeed?

• At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, operations, or a related industry.
• A track record of coaching employees, building strong teams, and supporting professional development.
• The ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve business goals.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending is a plus.
• A hands-on leadership style focused on employee success, operational effectiveness, and building lasting customer relationships.
