Dealership Hr Manager/Admin

Diplomat Motors is looking for a highly organized, people-focused HR & Administrative Manager to lead human resources and office administration across our dealership group. This role is critical to keeping our teams compliant, supported, and running smoothly, from hiring and onboarding through payroll support and day-to-day operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll own the employee lifecycle, keep records and policies airtight, and be the go-to resource for managers and staff at both rooftops.

We use Netchex for payroll and HR and DealerTrack as our DMS, so prior experience in these systems are required.
