As part of the Revenue Organization, you will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and winning complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities across software, solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electrical infrastructure, EV charging, and commercial lighting solutions. You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, enterprise customers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners to accelerate growth and strengthen InCharge Energy's position as a leading energy infrastructure and services provider.

The Vice President, Enterprise Sales will bring a proven track record of leading enterprise sales organizations, exceeding revenue targets, and developing winning go-to-market strategies in complex B2B environments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-growing organizations, excels at coaching and developing teams, and has experience selling integrated energy, infrastructure, software, or technology solutions to large enterprise customers. This role will partner closely with Marketing, EPC, Software, Operations, Policy, and Executive Leadership teams to drive scalable growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
• Lead and develop the Enterprise Sales organization across North America by recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high-performing sales professionals and sales leaders
• Drive enterprise revenue growth by developing and executing national sales strategies, segment plans, and vertical market initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to translate corporate growth strategies into measurable sales plans, revenue targets, and team priorities
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and achieving aggressive sales goals
• Establish executive-level customer relationships with key national and regional enterprise accounts to create long-term strategic partnerships and drive new business opportunities
• Lead large, complex sales opportunities by guiding teams through multi-stakeholder pursuits and personally engaging in critical negotiations and deal closures when necessary
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, EPC, and Software teams to develop differentiated customer solutions, compelling proposals, and successful go-to-market programs
• Partner with Policy and incentive teams to incorporate available rebates, grants, and incentive programs into customer proposals and business cases
• Champion sales excellence by implementing consistent sales methodologies, qualification standards, playbooks, forecasting practices, and pipeline management processes
• Drive data-driven decision making through Salesforce reporting, sales analytics, performance metrics, and regular business reviews
• Enhance sales enablement and productivity by implementing training programs, improving sales tools, and leveraging AI technologies to support team effectiveness and customer engagement

Your Experience and Capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of business-to-business sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales leadership roles managing enterprise sales teams
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise sales organizations focused on software, solar, electrical infrastructure, lighting, EV charging, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or related energy solutions
• Proven track record of exceeding regional or national bookings, revenue, and growth targets
• Experience managing distributed sales teams across North America
• Experience selling complex, multi-solution offerings to enterprise customers and navigating long sales cycles with executive stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and business development
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting
• Working knowledge of AI-powered productivity, analytics, and sales enablement tools, with the ability to apply technology to improve team effectiveness
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic, analytical, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

Physical and Environmental Demands
• Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment while managing multiple priorities, meetings, and customer engagements
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on customer, business, and leadership needs
• This position is based in Dallas, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia and operates in a hybrid office, customer-facing, and remote work environment
• This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, presenting, and working on a computer, with occasional lifting and carrying of materials weighing up to 25 pounds
• This position involves frequent domestic travel throughout North America as needed
• Travel may be required for executive customer meetings, site visits, industry conferences, trade shows, team meetings, and strategic planning sessions across North America
