What we do at Weir
We are a global leader in mining technology for a sustainable future. We help our customers extract the resources the world needs more efficiently and more sustainably. Our planet’s future depends on the transition to renewable energy, and that transition can only happen with the metals and minerals our customers deliver. So, we work side by side with mines across the globe to move less rock, use less energy, use water wisely, and create less waste. Together, we drive the shift to smart, efficient, and more sustainable mining.
Make your impact
The Integrated Supply Chain Director is accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance while serving as an enterprise leader supporting Weir's global supply chain strategy and transformation agenda.
The role translates global strategy into execution and enables a more centralized, standardized, digitally enabled, and scalable supply chain operating model. The position leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP/SIOP), Kinaxis deployment, Enterprise Supply Network Optimization, and supply chain digitization aligned to the S4+ roadmap. Success is measured not only by regional performance but by contribution to enterprise-wide outcomes across customer service, inventory, working capital, supply resilience, network optimization, and long-term value creation.
You’ll play a key role in solving real-world challenges. You’ll apply your skills to deliver results that matter whether that’s through engineering, planning or customer support. You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.

- Integrated Business Planning (IBP/SIOP) & Kinaxis Leadership: Own regional deployment and governance of IBP/SIOP processes and lead Kinaxis implementation and adoption. Drive advanced planning capabilities including scenario planning and inventory optimization. Success looks like improved forecast accuracy and organizational adoption.
- Enterprise Supply Network Optimization: Support the shift from regional to enterprise-wide supply network optimization using Kinaxis and digital tools. Partner globally to improve visibility, responsiveness, and inventory productivity. Success is enhanced supply resilience and working capital management.
- Supply Chain Digitization & S4+ Transformation: Lead supply chain digitization aligned with the S4+ roadmap, partnering with IT and business leaders to deploy future-state processes and digital technologies. Ensure data governance and drive value realization from digital investments.
- Procurement, Network & Supplier Performance: Lead procurement execution aligned with global sourcing strategies, improving supplier performance and cost competitiveness. Support sourcing optimization and make-versus-buy decisions.
- Operational Excellence: Embed Lean and continuous improvement practices to drive measurable improvements in cost, productivity, lead time, quality, inventory, and customer service. Promote best practice sharing and sustainable value delivery.
- People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, globally connected supply chain team. Develop leadership pipelines, coach leaders, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Lead change initiatives related to centralization and digitization.
