Position Summary

Candidates currently residing and working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) are strongly preferred.

We are looking for a highly skilled Ping Identity Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ping Identity technologies, authentication and federation protocols, API security, and identity governance. This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead IAM initiatives from architecture through production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Ping Identity solutions across enterprise and hybrid environments.
• Deliver end-to-end IAM projects covering Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and API Security.
• Configure, customize, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade Ping Identity platforms.
• Design authentication flows, access policies, user journeys, and authorization frameworks.
• Implement and maintain RBAC, ABAC, risk-based access controls, and Zero Trust security models.
• Develop custom integrations, extensions, and automation using Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell scripting.
• Configure and maintain identity repositories, directory services, and synchronization mechanisms.
• Integrate Ping Identity solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and production support.
• Support security governance, compliance, audit requirements, and access certification processes.
• Create architecture documents, operational runbooks, deployment guides, and technical documentation.
• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Must Have Skills

• 7–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with at least 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Ping Identity solutions.
• Strong expertise with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and related Ping Identity products.
• Proven experience delivering SSO, MFA, Federation, and API Security solutions.
• Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and modern authentication protocols.
• Strong experience with authentication policies, authorization models, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with Ping Identity platforms.
• Experience developing custom IAM integrations and automation using Java and scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash).
• Strong understanding of identity repositories, directory services, user lifecycle management, and authentication workflows.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust security principles and risk-based access controls.
• Expertise in production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and high-availability environments.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Government, Telecom, or other highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with PingDirectory, PingAuthorize, or PingDataGovernance.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or containerized deployments.
• Integration experience with SIEM, PAM, and enterprise security monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of audit, compliance, cybersecurity frameworks, and governance requirements.
• Experience securing microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to DevSecOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Ping Identity certifications.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Security, AWS Security, or equivalent.
