As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing logistics and ensuring smooth operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a university student in their 3rd year or beyond to develop valuable skills and contribute to a fast paced Startup.

<strong>Job Description:

Manage Deliveries:</strong> Coordinate with logistics vendors to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries.

<strong>Ledger Reconciliation:</strong> Keep track of and reconcile financial records with vendors.

<strong>Inventory Processes:</strong> Develop and maintain processes for inventory reconciliation.

<strong>Customer Experience:</strong> Provide data to ensure the best delivery timings and manage returns efficiently.

<strong>Documentation:</strong> Complete all necessary documentation for dispatches to ensure smooth operations.

<strong>Data Analysis:</strong> Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

<strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Work with various departments, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

<strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Address and resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflows.

<strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Assist in developing and refining operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

<strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Communicate and negotiate with logistics vendors to optimize delivery processes and costs.

<strong>Skills Required:

</strong>Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

<strong>Requirements:</strong>

Must be in at least the 3rd year of university, pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
