Description
Job Profile:
- Understanding international customer requirements, preparing quotations in CRM
- Following up with customers till orders are received
- Order processing with COM team at production unit
- Should know INCO terms, co-ordinate with freight forwarders for shipments
- Co-ordinate with customer and accounts team/ banker for any inward remittances, shipping documents etc..
- Preparing MIS reports as and when needed
- Prepare necessary documents for Internal and External audits
