Job Description

The EDGE program's Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders.

You will have the chance to gain cross-functional experiences to enhance your professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation.

You will report to the ISC Enablement & Early Career Lead.

You will work onsite in Katowice, Poland.

This program has a July 2027 start date. Due to the nature of manufacturing work, you will work in-person, fully remote work is not available.

Upon graduation, you will promoted into a longer-term role that matches your professional interests.

Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program.

Program Scope & Additional Details

During your three years, you will have ongoing development conversations with the program manager to help determine the right role for your next rotation. Rotations are targeted development roles which are focused in multiple departments, including:

• Three, six-month rotations in the following core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering.
• One, six-month rotation in one of the following business elective areas: strategic sourcing or logistics.
• One, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision.

Along with the twelve-month capstone, you will be required to complete three of your five rotations in the core category and one of your five rotations in the business elective category. Throughout the three-year program, associates will:

• Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership.
• Participate in individualized training, mentoring in a continuous learning environment.
• Receive challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility at Rockwell Automation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree (accredited university completed by June 2027 or expected to be completed no later than June 2027).
• Proficiency in English and Polish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Availability to work full-time starting July 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland (we do not sponsor employment visas for this role).
• The ability to travel 25% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Typically requires no previous professional experience.
• Major in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related areas.
• Previous applicable co-op or intern experience.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled process improvements and other business solutions.
• Teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Communicate with multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
• Task prioritization.
• High level of analytical, looking for solutions to current challenges.
• Attention to detail.
