Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Identifies, participates, and supports S2P APAC indirect procurement mainly in data extraction and data analysis.
• To improve our process and reporting for sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, catalogue extension and payment process.
• Performs process related source to contract operational and tactical activities
• Liaises and coordinates supplier lifecycle activities with supplier lifecycle team
• Coordination with analytical team to do data extraction and data analysis related to our operational activities
• Supplier and spend data extraction and analysis for supplier data enrichment
• Support catalogue improvement project activity in APAC

Your team

You will be part of a dynamic pan regional indirect procurement team working across four major markets (ASEAN Pacific, Greater China, Japan and India) in Asia Pacific.  You will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional business teams at various levels of the organization.

To be considered, you will demonstrate the following qualities

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or a master's degree, preferably in Management/ Economics/ Finance/ Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, Computer/Data Science or equivalent.
• Willing to learn, proactive and problem-solving attitude is required
• Prior procurement or supply chain related internship experience will be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
• Enjoy working in a multi-cultural & team-based environment
• Strong communications & interpersonal skills 
• Good Excel skills are required
• Good PowerPoint skill is preferred
