## What you’ll do:

• Support the Panel Builders on all technical aspects from End to end perspective and achieve efficient Project execution
• Coordinate with Panel Builders channel for all technical aspects from Bid stage to project handover stage
• Manage the assigned partners agreement in coordination with country organization, legal and Marketing teams
• Perform Eaton PB Annual Audits on the assigned PBs
• Train the PB channels on all Eaton Design softwares & tools on continuous basis
• Support PB channels for design selection, design optimization of Projects at all stages
• Lead technical meetings with Consultants/Clients during complete Project stage
• Coach and support PBs during assembly stage & ensure full compliance to Eaton's requirements
• Work with the product managers to assure launching products meeting the market requirements & PBs are trained continuously
• Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with the Channels manager to cover the targetted segments
• Coordinate with Channels team to support PBs for smooth project execution
• Support panel builder Channel Mrktg to deploy panel builder programs for different panel builder categories in UAE
• Understand the Annual/Quarterly Profit plan for each PBs and ensure suitable Project pipeline are being targeted to achieve them
• Support the initiative of Localization as needed

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master degree in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Panel Builder industry
• Proven track record of leading and executing complex LV projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE market , Clients requirements , IEC standards and Utility requirements

## Skills:

• Switchboard Business, Technical and production experience
• Thorugh hand on experience in End to End Project execution of LV Switchgear including Estimation, Design & Assembly and Customer coordination
• Proven project management skills (techncial side) with full understanding of all process/stake holders
• Ability to understand & guide the Panel Builders for process improvements
