Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator in Disney Experiences Worldwide Safety, Health, Engineering, & Sourcing (WSHES) organization, you'll have domestic and international responsibilities in support of several Reliability Initiatives and systems analytics. You'll be working with users to implement technical solutions that help to reduce equipment downtime risk and lead consistency throughout several business units within the Disney Experiences segment to ensure that our experiences are operational for Guests and Cast Members.

This is a Project Hire/Internal Assignment through 9/30/2028, with no guarantee of permanent placement.

You will report to the Senior Manager, FOS Development & Attractions Reliability.

Responsibilities/You Will

·       Pull information from various databases, analyze data as needed, and create reports to provide Leaders and Executives data to help make decisions

·       Analyze attraction performance metrics to inform reliability trends

·       Maintain equipment lists for operating attractions

·       Document Processes and Basic Training Guides

·       Partner and communicate with all levels of cast from Hourly, Salaried, and Executives

 

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

·       6 months+ of experience in data systems, systems analytics, industrial engineering or related fields

·       Ability to communicate with users and technical partners effectively

·       Proficiency in Excel Functions and limitations

·       Familiarity with Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts

·       Ability to travel onsite and be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Knowledge of IBM Maximo

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI

·       Knowledge of Splunk

·       Knowledge of theme guest carrying attraction systems

Required Education

·       Bachelor's Degree Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience

Preferred Education

·       Master’s Degree in Data Analysis or related field

The hiring range for this position in Lake Buena Vista, FL is $68,600-$91,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
