As a KM and digital transformation specialist on our team, you’ll be trusted to modernize how we track and manage information and create efficiency in engaging with multinational partners in executing U.S. Space Commands Security Cooperation mission by implementing improved methods and industry best practices. Using tools available at the Command, including SharePoint, MS-365 and Power Platform, Power BI, Maven, and MS-Project, you’ll work closely with team members to improve systems implementation and use to streamline execution. 

  

Additionally, in this role, you’ll directly impact the U.S. Space Command security cooperation program by jumping in where needed to engage, coordinate, and action tasks to advance project deliverables and ensure timelines are met. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016, or 2019, Subscription Edition, and O365, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
• Experience managing distribution groups, security group, and permission to resources
• Experience using and building PowerApps and implementing Power Automate for tasks
• Knowledge of site architecture and the differences between sites in SharePoint O365 such as Hub Sites, Team Sites, and Communication Sites
• Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions
• Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with knowledge management solutions, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with knowledge management solutions

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Knowledge of Combatant Command J-Dir structure and processes
• Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
• Possession of excellent documentation, organization, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent client-facing or advising skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
